(CCSI), a leading provider of perinatal software, is proud to announce the following team members have successfully completed a field service manager certification training course offered by Service Strategies, Inc.: Jake Chacko (CA), Philip Strang (WI), and Chris Zoellner (IL).

This newly acquired certification is designed to improve the leadership skills of those who are involved in complex, field service operations and are tasked with the management of highly-skilled, technical people including subordinates and customers. This aligns with CCSI’s tradition of providing a top-quality customer experience, especially during a system go-live event.
